Private Equity Analyst/Associate

ROLE DESCRIPTION
At CPCP, our Analysts/Associates are integral members of the investment team and receive extensive exposure to the entire investment process. Analysts/Associate’s responsibilities cover the full range of activities related to private equity investing with a focus on playing a strong role in the execution of actionable investment opportunities, including investment screening, financial modeling and scenario testing, business and industry research, preparing briefing and investment memos, and performing due diligence. In addition, consistent with our philosophy that every team member is part of our deal sourcing, you would be involved in the deal sourcing process of the firm and have responsibilities that would grow over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Location: Remote (Canada & US)
Duration: Minimum 10 weeks with extensions and potentially converting from IC to FTE depending on performance.
