POSITION SUMMARY

How would you like to be part of building Las Vegas?  With Envise, you'll be able to see our projects come to life!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Performs detailed inspections and evaluations of various equipment and systems to ensure proper installation, problem identification or trouble-shooting.
• Acts as lead and monitors critical activities as they are performed, including excavation, core drilling, system activation, testing and commissioning.
• Evaluates technical proposals and functional designs and provides failure analysis and provides recommendations based on findings.
• Monitors activities to ensure that work is done according to schedule and within budget.
• Reviews and approves construction check-off lists to ensure work is completed and in compliance.
• Provides guidance and direction to less-experienced team members.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent working knowledge of HVAC and control systems required
• General construction project work-flow knowledge
• Expert knowledge of and extensive familiarity of current codes, standards and regulations
• Demonstrated expertise in the analysis, design configuration and integration of power system components as related to power generating plant and substation facilities
• Core knowledge of construction techniques, management, and basic contract administration
• Ability to motivate and lead employees
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required
• Familiarity with a controls software knowledge required
• Serves as Lead and provides coaching to employees
• High school or GED required.
• OSHA 10 training required
• CPR Certified required
• 8 5+ years relevant experience
• Experience mentoring less-experience employees
