POSITION SUMMARY

How would you like to be part of building Las Vegas?  With Envise, you'll be able to see our projects come to life!

As a Field Engineer I at Envise, you will be responsible for performing checkout and troubleshooting of hardware, electrical, DDC and HVAC control systems.  It will include preventative maintenance and service of DDC and HVAC control systems.                                                                  

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Performs detailed inspections and evaluations of various equipment and systems to ensure proper installation, problem identification or trouble-shooting.
• Evaluates technical proposals and functional designs and provides failure analysis and provides recommendations based on findings.
• Reviews and approves construction check-off lists to ensure work is completed and in compliance.
• Setup configurations, equipment interfaces and data extraction requirements                               
• Conduct, analyze and coordinate testing, report any findings and/or discrepancies                               
• Solve hardware and software interface problems, define input and output parameters, and ensure integration

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field required.  This requirement may be replaced with completion of a technical education from a trade school.
• Must have a working knowledge of HVAC Controls
• A minimum of 3 years of related HVAC Controls experience is required for this role.  These years of experience may be replaced with  completion of a formal technical education that would include HVAC Controls knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel and Outlook required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a loud environment
