    POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

     

    The Site Logistics Coordinator is the main point of contact for all TCM site shipping and receiving deliveries.   Coordination with site deliveries for OFCI/CFCI equipment, vendor materials, and general site logistics.

     

    PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Maintains and coordinates deliveries to/from jobsite including troubleshooting missing deliveries.

    • Schedules onsite resources to facilitate delivery of material to proper location, and equipment if needed to offload material.

    • Collaborates with other departments and project leadership to integrate logistics with established systems and processes.  This includes order management, and shipping needs.

    • Communicates and works to prevent problems concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues.

    • Provides a visual status of each delivery and project need, updates daily or weekly as needed to communicate current status.
