    WHAT WILL YOU DO? As the Project Executive you are responsible for managing a large project team/multiple project teams, or multiple small projects including staffing and performance appraisals.   As the Project Executive you will serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, being an integral piece of successful completion, and a mentor for junior level project staff.

    Some key accountabilities you will have as the Project Executive include…

    • Work with sales and development teams on constructability and financial reviews
    • Develop the construction budget, which includes Subcontractor Pricing and Internal costs
    • Participate/oversee subcontractor RFPs
    • Write, review and execute Owner Contracts, Subcontractor Contracts, Professional Service Agreements, Vendor and Equipment agreements
    • Participate in project meetings internally and with client when required
    • Successfully manage multiple trades and disciplines
    • Successfully manage a portfolio of projects, including personnel and financial planning, project budget management and reporting, as well as utilizing internal computer based financial management tools
    • Provide project status updates to client and leadership
    • Maintain solid client relationships and continuously sources opportunities for revenue
    • Develop and implements project strategies
    • Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project
    • Participate in project meetings with internal departments
    • Delegate work and serves as mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performance feedback as necessary.

     

    THINGS YOU MAY HAVE DONE BEFORE

    Have a Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience

    Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Energy Project Management, including minimum 5 years of people management experience

    Have mastery knowledge of applicable systems, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, EMCS, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects

    • Mastery level knowledge may be relative to 12 years of experience in the above noted systems.
    • The preferred experience for this job would included the knowledge for all systems above, not just the necessary years of experience in a single system

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communication with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors

    Strong leadership skills

    Proven ability to lead a large team

    Strong public speaking ability

    Strong computer skills, including COINS financial management system and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel, Project
