Column Health

Medical Assistant

Brockton, MA
Full Time

  • Responsibilities

Do you spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about the least painful self-inflicted injuries that can get you out of work?

Did you wake up this morning in a great mood only to go to work aaaaaannnnnd it's gone?

Are you looking for a company where no one will ask you “what kind of animal would you be?”

Are you looking for a place that rewards drive, performance, patient centric care, and team play?

Are you looking for a team that is working to do something truly great--and to have fun in the process?

As a member of the Column Health clinic team, you'll help us build a completely disruptive model of care and technology in an area of U.S. healthcare that is profoundly broken and tragically inadequate – mental health and addiction treatment; you will be a part of something important. We are a young, fast-growing startup and with us, you will shift from having a simple title with limited responsibilities to having a role to play with unlimited possibilities. We don't want a desk clerk, a practice manager, or a regional operations director. We want you to fill a changing role that you define with the team and that grows as fast as our organization is growing.

If that sounds about right to you, well then, the role of MEDICAL ASSISTANT on our team at Column Health might be the perfect fit.

And we're not talking about a sloth-like, soul sucking, sycophantic “career” building role with healthcare organizations who haven't changed since the Pleistocene era, or who are so money grubbing they believe in undertreatment as the “NEW model of treatment.”  We're gonna tell it like it is.

WE ARE SEEKING PATIENT CENTRIC, TEAM DRIVEN, MISSION ALIGNED MEDICAL ASSISTANTS TO JOIN OUR CARE TEAMS AT EACH OF OUR CLINICS.
