Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities include:

• Processing payroll for approximately 120 bi-weekly employees
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions
• Support Human Resources with new hire paperwork and payroll set up
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute payroll reports
• Assist with accounting tasks that may include reconciliation allowances and credit card reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Education - high school diploma required; college course work in related field preferred
• Experience - prior experience processing payroll required
• Software - working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
