[Com2uS USA, Inc] Office Assistant
Com2uS USA, a global leader in smartphone and social games, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its team as an Office Assistant. This is a full-time position in Los Angeles, CA.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in office guests, and direct them to the designated person or conference room
- Organize office supplies and snacks, and maintain inventory of supplies in storage room
- Sort and deliver all in-coming mail and packages
- Tidy and maintain the reception, office, meeting room and kitchen areas including the coffee machine, microwaves, refrigerators, and furniture
- Work with the landlord to manage office issues including parking and key control
- Order/stock office and pantry supplies within company budget
- Point of contact for all building issues and keeping contact with landlord for anything the office may need
- Manage employee devices including setting up for new hires, storing when not in use, communicating with IT for issues, and updating device master list
- Submit approval requests for employee goodies, gifts, and office essentials as requested
- Share office related announcements in company group messenger
- Assist in event coordination such as annual workshops and holiday dinner
- Order decorations and decorate the office for holidays and special events
- Contact vendors for projects related to goodies, office improvements, etc.
- Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong affinity for cleanliness
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Able to demonstrate teamwork
- Must possess strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
