Busy, Franchised, Senior Home Care office in San Diego has an exceptional opportunity for an EXPERIENCED office individual to assist in the daily operational activities. Someone with the right attitude to do whatever it takes to provide outstanding care for our elderly clients and uphold the fine reputation of our Franchised Brand. Someone who will take ownership of making the client’s experience pleasant, caring, compassionate and professional.

Activities will generally consist of assisting in the back-office to fulfill the goal of providing OUTSTANDING care and attention for our senior clients. The duties performed will include the full scope of managing the Client / Caregiver activities, including:Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling of field staff through an interactive computer management system

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Greet and assist onsite visitors

Answer inbound telephone calls

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Perform all other routine office tasks

Occasionally fill-in as Caregiver to cover staff sickness and other absences. Hence, similar experience and possession of a CA Home Care Aide registration is essential.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, preferably experience in a healthcare-related field.

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiar and comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office products.

Strong attention to detail

​Strong organizational skills

Have experience, and be registered as a CA Home Care Aide, working with seniors.
