Company Description
ComForCare is a Home Health Care Agency connecting certified aides to clients, matching the experience and talent of the aides to the needs and wants of the client. Established in 2009, our company has been serving the North Bergen County area for nearly 15 years, largely in thanks to a wonderful team of office staff. We are now looking for an Office Manager to continue and spearhead our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: Administrative Management
Manage contractual agreements with clients, handle complaints, process incident reports, and organize administrative paperwork.
Manage payroll, unemployment, wage garnishment, and related payroll processes.
Conduct background checks and manage I-9, W-4, and related forms for employees, filing paperwork accordingly and ensuring the company electronic database is up to date and current.
Act as the main point of contact for office reception, intaking new client calls, new employee calls or walk-ins, and field questions or issues from current clients and employees.
Order office supplies and forms, maintain a cleanly and neat work environment, and maintain HIPAA compliance with sensitive paperwork.
Distributes employee surveys and paychecks to staff.
Telemarketing our services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher preferred, proof of transcript or degree required.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and able to learn Company software.
Excellent communicator and experience with high-volume phone intake.
Requires a criminal background check.
Homecare experience preferred.
Is productive and uses time efficiently.
Follows instructions, is-punctual and attendance is acceptable.
Is self-reliant and plans appropriately.
