    ComForcare Senior Services is a busy Non MedicalHome Care Company in Central Ohio providing services In Franklin and all surrounding counties.

    This position will be responsible for the recruiting, on-boarding and scheduling of caregivers. In addition the position will maintain employee files, perform background checks.

    Placing ads, networking with organizations within the community that are in contact with individuals that would be good candidates and creating/maintaining relationships with certified nursing assistant (CNA, STNA Nursing) schools or other schools in order to find the best candidates for the company.

    The qualified individual should have 2 years of Home Health Experience, be highly organized, excellent at working with and motivating people, have strong communication and computer skills.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    Run ads as needed; find new media sources to run ads.

    Mine recruitment databases weekly for new caregiver applicants.

    Track responses to all ads and other recruitment sources.

    Routinely identify new avenues to recruit caregivers.

    Create/maintain relationships with CNA schools, nursing schools, community colleges, churches and other appropriate organizations which can be utilized for recruitment.

    Builds relationships with clients, caregivers, and field staff to understand their scheduling needs and requirements.

    Coordinates and confirms schedule with clients, caregivers, and field staff.

    Records correspondence, needs, availability, and schedule in system of record.

    Ensures all caregivers and field staff meet applicable compliance and contract requirements prior to scheduling and working a shift.

    Partners with Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to discuss staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and business development opportunities.

    Takes on-call as scheduled.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements Include:

    Verifiable work and professional references (being eligible for rehire).

    Pass a criminal background check.

    Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

    Have your own reliable vehicle.

    Have excellent communication skills.

    Are mature, compassionate, caring, punctual and reliable.

    Must be able to read, write, speak, English.
