Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our non-medical home care services.

Identify and build relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends.

Generate leads through networking, outreach, and other creative methods.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.

Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth for the agency.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Self-motivated, with a passion for helping seniors and their families.

Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus.
