We provide In-Home Health Care and also Staff at 3 Metro Area Facilities. We have several open positions – with a variety of shifts to fit your schedule! We are hiring for ALL SHIFTS - That’s 24/7 Caregiving – so lots of Flexible Schedules! We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule. We provide our Caregivers with Competitive Pay, Educational Training, Employee Referral Bonus Program and Opportunity for Performance-Based Incentive Pay Increases.

ESSENTIAL CAREGIVER DUTIES:

Personal Care/Companionship/Household Management/Medication Services: Providing assistance with ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) such as:

Personal Care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene care)

Light Housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, etc. )

Meal Preparation; Medication Reminders (we are Non-Medical providers)

Transportation (Errands, Appointments, etc. )

Provide Companionship and Respite Services for Family Members

IDEAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideal Candidates will demonstrate a high-level of devotion to caring for others with reliability and true compassion. This is essential for our Clients.

*Reliable & Dependable Caregivers – Strong Work Ethic & Accountability

*Compassionate & Sincere Character/Personality

*Valid Driver’s License

*Current Automobile Insurance

*Reliable Transportation

*Must be able to pass a Background Check

*Must be able to pass a Drug Screen

*Must have an updated TB Test (We provide assistance with this if necessary)

*Must be 18 Years of Age

*Current Valid KS or MO CNA and/or HHA Certificate (Preferred/Not Required)
