    SHORT SHIFT, 6:30am -9:00am. Start your day with purpose as a community caregiver at a vibrant independent living community. Join a team dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to residents each morning and evening.     What you’ll be doing:

    Early Morning Shift may range from 2 to 3.5 hours, or between 6:30am to 9:30am Assist with daily activities to help clients remain in independent living Provide assistance with personal care if needed Ensure that clients are safe Provide medication reminders Provide companionship

    What we’re looking for:

    A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. MUST have excellent customer service skills. MUST be willing to work seven days a week. Selected caregiver will be scheduled to work one weekend on and one weekend off. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation is a must. Previous experience as an at home caregiver or in senior communities is preferred. Proximity to Belton, MO is highly preferred.
