Are you a registered nurse looking for ways to expand or cross over into the traveling/on-call nursing field? In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients in their homes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality care delivery. This position requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Previous experience in home health, community nursing, or similar field preferred

Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound clinical judgments

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits

CPR certification may be required

Responsibilities:

Work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed to accommodate patient needs.

Travel to patients' homes within a designated geographic area.

Exposure to various home environments and potential hazards, such as pets, allergens, and cluttered spaces.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and infection control precautions as needed to ensure safety during home visits.
