    Looking for an individual to provide Administrative Support to Owner ofComforcare in Glen Burnie, MD. The position is part time 5-16 hours per week.POSITION SUMMARY:Primarily assists owner with marketing, social media and outreach as well asOffice Administration.These activities include coordination of marketing materials and advertisingmediums. Coordination of events and schedules and website, file and computerorganization and maintenance.REPORTS TO: OwnerQUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or GED; some college desirable Experience with marketing, outreach and file management Demonstrated effective telephone communication skills and ability to useproper phone etiquette. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills withclients, co-workers and agency management. Must be personal computer proficient in Windows Office and Microsoftsystems environment. Experience with social media platforms and constant contact Experience with computer software for client management Must speak, read and write clearly and proficiently in English (additionallanguage proficiency desirable, but not required) Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability tofunction on a day-to-day basis after initial training and orientation withminimal direction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY1. Maintains owners calendar and correspondence2. Provides Coordination of social media and advertising campaigns3. Under the direction of the owner, will maintain active list of referralcontacts and contact information4. Monitors the organization of case and client files including labeling andprinting of relevant information5. Has phone answering skills and can communicate with clients and referralsources6. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job7. Performs job in compliance with applicable state and federal, client andpayor requirements and standards.8. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary.PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSJob involves regular in-office schedule (based on no more than 16 hours perweek). Travel is generally not required other than office administrative relatedtravel, but reliable, regularly available transportation to and from the office isrequired.
