Seeking a caring and compassionate RN Supervisor with effective written and oral communication skills, with at least 2 years of experience, seeking a part-time position doing assessments and supervisory visits.

Job duties include supervising in-home aides by making supervisory visits to client’s place of residence every 90 days.

Conducting In-Home Aides skills assessments during employee orientations, doing initial assessments and ongoing reassessments for clients receiving home care services, providing performance feedback to employees, creating and maintaining client’s Plan of Care.

Staying in compliance with home care regulations, providing skilled nursing visits as needed, and checking email and phone messages on a routine basis.
