ComForCare is an industry leading non-medical home care agency seeking certified PSWs to service the Cobourg Port Hope areas. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient, professional and enjoys working with seniors.

ComForCare provides support which allows our clients to remain safe and independent in their own homes. They may also be living with debilitating ailments, or recovering from surgery or an accident.

Service may also apply to "cluster care" in a retirement residence. Dependability and flexibility is key.

Tasks may include but not exclusively: personal care, grooming/dressing, light housekeeping, laundry/bed changes, meal prep, grocery shopping & errands, companionship and med reminders.

Successful candidates must be dependable, reliable, flexible and good communication skills. All staff must have an updated Vulnerable Sector Check (Police check), valid CPR/First Aid Certified, reliable vehicle, insurance, clean Driver's Abstract, valid TB. Part time hours initially, some weekends. Competitive pay rate $18.00 per hour.
