We are looking for a reliable individual to fill shifts when needed to deliver the BEST service to our clients.

We’re on the lookout for caring and compassionate team members:

● Help others, and make a difference in your community.

● Build meaningful relationships with your clients.

● Guaranteed 40 hours a week (get paid even when you don't work)

What you’ll be doing:

● Provide the duties as a "caregiver" and follow the care plan to help the client stay independent and in their own homes. (ADL's, assist with personal care, medication administration, meal prep, companion care)

● Assuming an "on call" and is responsible for providing staffing coverage or covering the shift if coverage cannot be found.

● Properly manage household needs.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience (CNA not required but ideal), knowledge of Dementia , Possess skills to manage time, have a RELIABLE vehicle, be able to adapt to changing schedules, someone who can communicate effectively and timely with members of the office and caregivers.
