We’re on the lookout for caring and compassionate LVN to teach CNA curriculum to Home Care Aides. This is a weekend only job, and the hired instructor will teach our weekend cohort on Saturdays and Sundays, from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year of providing care in an acute care hospital, skilled nursing facility, intermediate care facility, home care, hospice care, or other long-term setting.

This position is for weekends only. CNA training program has 2 parts - theory in our classroom at school site and clinical training in a skilled nursing facility.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

What we’re looking for:

Current license as a LVN.

Passion for teaching

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.

Experience in teaching is highly desirable.

You will be part of a team that loves to train future CNAs to become caring, compassionate and skilled caregivers.
