We are not the typical home health agency. Our nurses work SHIFTS one-to-one with 1 client per day for 4,6,8,10, or 12 hour shifts. The hours depend on how much you would like to work. We have full time, part time and PRN available. We have clients in York, Thomasville, York Haven, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, South York, Dover, Stinestown, Mt Holly Springs and Hanover. We do not require our nurses to travel in between clients! Come work for us and be happy with your job in nursing again!

What you’ll be doing:

Providing skilled nursing visits for clients as defined in the nurse practice act and under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Following the client’s plan of care.

Communicating appropriate status and condition changes to the Registered Nurse as needed.

Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.

Completing medication administration and monitoring.

Performing client teaching as necessary.

What we’re looking for:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state(s) of employment.

CPR certified.

Access to reliable transportation.

Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
