    Vice President of Franchise Development

    Best Life Brands, a family of companies serving the ever-growing senior healthcare community to live their Best Life, is currently looking for a Vice President of Franchise Development responsible for leading & growing franchise sales for a multi-brand organization. In this role, you will lead, coach & manage a franchise sales team to execute on the company’s franchise sales strategies for all brands, in order to achieve the company’s sales objectives. You will partner with marketing and other internal departments to develop strategies to generate leads and attract new franchisees to our brands.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop and manage the company’s strategies and tactics relating to franchisee recruitment.

    Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable state and federal franchise disclosure laws and regulations, and the timely issuance and execution of franchise agreements and other contracts required.

    Ensure compliance with all corporate procedures and legal guidelines relative to franchise sales.

    Work closely with our marketing department to develop appropriate support materials while understanding trends for franchise selling.

    Set overall sales strategy by partnering with internal groups and using a combination of efforts to include benchmarking competition, updating value selling and points of differentiation.

    Ability to counsel perspective franchisee's on business planning, including ROI and breakeven analysis.

    Coach Franchise Development Managers on contacting leads, advancing potential franchisees through the sales process, closing sales and executing on a variety of sales strategies in order to meet sales goals.

    Plan, attend and manage events for franchise development

    Oversee management of broker networks, network outreach, events, etc.

    Manage franchise performance tracking and reporting

    Provide coaching, training and ongoing performance management and development of franchise development team.

    Maintain complete ownership of all franchise discovery day activities.

    Have a strong understanding of current and past Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), Franchise Agreements, and franchise disclosure laws.

    Assist with annual Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) updates.

    Requirements:

    College Degree (BS/BA) is required, and a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred

    5+ years of successful experience in leading franchise development teams

    Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) preferred.

    Experience leading a multi-brand platform is preferred.

    Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting forecasting and cost control principles.

    Extensive experience in franchise recruitment, driving organic lead performance and working with broker networks

    Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
