    Looking for dynamic self-starters to join our Home Care family.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for managing marketing programs and being the face of our company by representing us as you educate the community about our amazing services. You will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of others, including outreach/education, and working with potential clients and their families.

    We are looking for a dynamic and upbeat person who can effectively manage time and work independently while visiting senior communities in the area.

    REPORTS TO: Owner

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Previous experience in marketing/sales, preferably in home health care.

    Excellent verbal, written communication skills.

    Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

    Manages marketing operations and establishes and implements marketing initiatives.

    Establishes systems for consistent market assessment and develops a marketing plan designed to meet agency goals.

    Establishes and maintains mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources.

    Participates with the management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs.

    Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors.

    Other activities as directed.

    PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

    Must be able to drive and lift items weighing up to 15 pounds. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is not a remote job

    Flexible schedule up to 20 hours/week. Additional compensation based on performance.
