JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for providing reporting and analyzing data to drive performance. To do this, you will create, develop and generate reports that are consistent and relevant to the Operations department and are designed to drive performance goals (KPI’s) and identify opportunity areas.
Working with the Manager and collaborating with other team members is critical to the success of this position and to the overall Operation department. To ensure service quality standards are being met, you will monitor performance outcomes, facilitate calibration sessions and provide agent (Guidance Consultant) trend data to the management team while providing datapoints and analysis that facilitate process improvements and training opportunities. In addition, the role will monitor departmental initiatives for compliance to deliverable timelines and provide basic project coordination support. In addition, the role will capture notes and maintain action logs for various meetings and initiatives. Responsibility for creating departmental communications (Word/PPT) as required. The role will also provide support to the department leader as tasks are assigned.
