    Website Coordinator

    cleo.ca is the established and expanding online channel of cleo fashions Inc. The Website Coordinator reports to the Acquisition and Loyalty Manager and is based out of the Cleo Home Office, Mississauga, ON.

    As a Website Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the team to achieve the goals of cleo.ca. The successful candidate will have e-commerce experience, as well as strong organization, administration and communication skills.

    Main Responsibilities

    Partner with Website Content Coordinator to ensure product is placed on the site to maximize sales opportunities, seasonal priorities, and trends.

    Assist with all website product content by:

    Recording sample information and ensuring accuracy of apparel/accessory descriptions (naming, product descriptions, measurements, content care).

    Validating promotions through end to end testing

    Keep e-commerce team informed by communicating all significant problems and concerns relating to own areas of responsibilities as well as broader issues that may arise.

    Utilize technology to offer continuous improvement and efficiencies in order to maxmize departmental productivity. Keep up to date with new software and upgrades.

    Develop personally by exploring other sites, reading, actively listening and being open to new ideas and professional and personal development opportunities.

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Business or Communications (or an equivalent combination of education & experience).

    Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (MAC or PC), MS Word, and Excel (required), basic HTML knowledge is an asset.

    Copy-writing capabilities an asset

    Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail

    Experience working in a fast – paced environment with competing priorities.

    A self-starter that works well independently, as well as part of a team.

    Superior written and verbal communication skills.

    A thorough understanding of the online/e-commerce experience.
