    Ecommerce Website Coordinator

    cleo.ca is the established and expanding online channel of cleo fashions Inc.

    As the Ecommerce Website Coordinator you will work with the ecommerce team and other departments as required to contribute to a financially successful online channel for cleo. This position performs day to day website operations tasks to maximize sales, profitability, and the online customer experience. This position will establish and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external partners as required. This position is based out of Mississauga, ON.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Partner with the e-commerce and buying teams to ensure product is placed on the site to maximize sales opportunities, seasonal priorities, and trends. Understanding the relationship between STS and Transformer platform tool of products & fits.

    Manage all web product content.

    Ensure current pricing and promotions, campaigns, coupons are maintained online at all times.

    Participate in the development and document all standards, protocols and processes related to divisional responsibilities for ecommerce product.

    Participate in development of on-line marketing components to drive traffic and sales as required.

    Keep e-commerce team informed by communicating all significant problems and concerns relating to own areas of responsibilities as well as broader issues that may arise.

    Assists to enhance department's productivity and growth by providing support on special projects, as assigned.

    Utilizes technology to offer continuous improvement and efficiencies in order to maxmize departmental productivity. Keep up to date with new software and upgrades.

    Develop personally by exploring other sites, reading, actively listening and being open to new ideas and professional and personal development opportunities.

    Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Post-secondary education in Business or Communications or an equivalent combination of retail experience & education.

    An understanding of the online/ecommerce experience – Demandware platform and Salesforce a plus.

    Proficient in Internet navigation skills, web analytics platforms, advance MS Excel, and Word (required).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Experience working in a fast – paced environment with competing priorities.

    A self-starter that works well independently, as well as part of a team and proactive and detail-oriented.

    Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail.

    Proven ability to work with deadlines.

    Superior written and verbal communication skills.

    Flexibility to adapt to demands as they arise; think strategically.

    Background in fashion or retail a plus.
