What You’ll Do

• Run company‐provided, qualified leads daily
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
• Present solar solutions in a consultative, persuasive manner
• (Optional) Self‐generate leads for higher commission payouts
• Drive to residential and commercial client locations as needed

What You Bring

• Sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self‐driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout the region for appointments
