Pay Rates Based on Availablity and Experience:

High School/First Job $12

Part-Time $12 - $13

Part-Time Closer $15*

*Earn +$5/hr on every closing shift starting at 8PM until you are finished (typically between 11PM-12AM) *Earn +$2/hr every Weekend Shift ALL DAY (Saturday and Sunday)

Come Back Shack Full-Time Team Members Expectations:

Starting pay is $12.00 - $15.00/hr based on experience, availability, and willingness to close.

A positive attitude is THE most important thing we look for

Must be available BOTH weekend days (Saturday and Sunday)

We also love high energy and good teamwork

May work in any and all aspects of the restaurant from taking orders and customer service to food prep, cooking, and cleaning
