We are a thriving, privately owned specialty and emergency veterinary hospital opening a new location in Orange Park, FL, and we’re looking for Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our incredible front desk team.

Available Shifts: (Sunday thru Saturday, available to work both shifts)

Day Shift: 7:00AM-5:00PM

Swing Shift: 12:00PM-10:00PM

Your Role:

• Be the first and last impression for our clients—warm, professional, and composed • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and empathy • Check in/out patients and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate • Facilitate communication between clients and medical staff • Assist with financial transactions, treatment plan discussions, and general support

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of client-facing or veterinary front desk experience preferred • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Calm under pressure and able to handle emotionally charged situations • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork • A love for animals and empathy for pet owners
