Responsibilities would include:

• Supporting sales by order entries into accounting system
• Working with the sales professionals on order tracking and delivery
• Scheduling & Executing order deliveries via LTL shipments
• Processing online orders
• Packing out orders and executing parcel shipments
• Working with warehouses to ship and track orders
• Selected supply chain work
• Inside sales calls to existing customers
• Customer care work as assigned 
• Cross train on all accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries/complaints (i.e. all calls/email from teamready.com, Amazon site, and retail purchases)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of sales support experience
• Experience in wholesale and retail sales preferred
• Expertise in MS Office environment, especially with spreadsheets
• Goal oriented and high achiever 
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment 
• A healthy and fit lifestyle is a MUST!
