The Role

The Coffee Associate performs a variety of roles across our packaging, extraction, and warehouse operations: inclusive of sanitizing the equipment, basic material handling, sub-assembly operations, and light manual assembly. Team members are expected to actively participate in daily group huddles, safety discussions, and other company-directed continuous improvement activities to help identify and address known opportunities for improvement.

What you'll do:

• Cross-train in multiple areas on the production floor

• Material handling

• Light assembly

• Sanitize equipment

• Follow safety protocols

• Support processes and system improvements, adhering to GMP, FDA, OSHA, and Cometeer standards

• Escalate safety issues or concerns as needed to the area supervisor

• Participate in all assigned activities to support company objectives

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 25lbs
