    We are seeking an Office Admin Assistant with prior minimum 1-year experience as a CNA or Home Health Aide,, to join our team! The position will involve a varied mix of Admin work based in the office, and as a Home Care Aide working out in the field at client residences. The mix will be flexible to suit business needs and the ideal candidate.

    You will primarily perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success, AND have California HHA/CNA certification and experience to care for our clients to fill-in on shifts as may be necessary from time-to-time.

    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN HOME CARE & HEATH AND WORKING IN AN OFFICE ON ADMINISTRATION TASKS IS ABSOLITELY ESSENTIAL. We will train the right individual to work with our Franchisor's systems. It is essential to have the right CAN DO ATTITUDE, ad the desire to provide outstanding clerical support to our clients AND to our field team of Caregivers.

    AS AN APPROXIMATE GUIDE, WE WOULD EXPECT THE IDEAL APPLICANT TO ATTEND 80% OF THEIR TIME IN THE OFFICE PERFORMING OFFICE ADMIN TASKS, AND TO WORK THE OTHER 20% OF THEIR TIME OUT IN THE FIELD AS HOME HEALTH AIDES (CAREGIVERS) WITH CLIENTS, SERVING THEIR NEEDS AND FILLING-IN FOR STAFF SHORTAGES/ABSENCES.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the scheduling of field staff through an interactive computer management system.
    • Regularly recruit new applicants for Caregiver, HHA and CNA positions
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • PREVIOUS CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL, AS YOU WILL BE REGULARLY REQUIRED TO FILL-IN FOR STAFF SHORTAGES
    • Perform all other routine office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration, preferably experience in a healthcare-related field.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiar and comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office products.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
