    Run pre-qualified, in-home HVAC consultations (no cold calling)

    Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend customized comfort solutions

    Present options, pricing, and financing clearly and confidently

    Close sales through trust, education, and professionalism

    Coordinate with install teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

    Track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM

    Follow up and generate referrals

    Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC or home services preferred)

    Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills

    Valid driver’s license
