You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
