The Comfort Inn Powell - Knoxville North is looking for a Breakfast Attendant. In this position, you would be responsible for stocking food, serviceware, and clearing tables for complimentary breakfast buffets in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your job as a Breakfast Attendant is an important role because you create a wonderful experience for every guest when they first encounter the hotel each day and ensure the highest level of service. (Emory Rd Exit 112 / I-75) Responsibilities: • Stock food and serviceware for breakfast buffets • Food prep and setup/takedown • Maintaining proper food safety and health regulations • Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period • Clean and maintain hotel public areas • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner • Provide exceptional guest service with a smile • Inventory control and order preparation Qualifications: • Hotel experience preferred but not required • Food handling experience • Customer service experience • Inventory and organization skills Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
