    The Comfort Inn and Suites Logan near University is looking for a Front Office Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests. As Front Office Manager, you will represent the brand with enthusiasm and strive to create a positive and welcoming environment for our guests. You will manage the day-to-day front desk operations including check-in/check-out, customer service, reservations, and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptionally friendly and helpful service to all our guests • Create enjoyable guest experiences • Be a team player and take the initiative to help your teammates • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities • Manage online and phone reservations • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate with our housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance staff to accommodate all guests' needs • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Qualifications: • Work experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager, Receptionist, or similar role • Experience with hotel reservation software, like ChoiceAdvantage, OnQ, and Opera • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Expedia and TripAdvisor • Exceptional customer service • Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
