As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and potential clients.     Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources.

    Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries from potential clients, their families, and healthcare professionals, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our services.

    Conduct outreach activities, including attending community events, health fairs, and networking events, to promote Comfort Keepers and educate the community about the benefits of our care services.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

    Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate healthcare professionals and community groups about the services provided by Comfort Keepers.

    Participate in meetings and discussions with potential clients and their families to assess their needs and provide personalized care solutions.

    Maintain detailed records of all interactions, referrals, and outcomes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

    Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experiences for clients referred to Comfort Keepers.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; marketing, or a related field is a plus.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.

    Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.

    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges with a positive attitude.

    Proficient in using computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the community for outreach activities and client meetings.
