Experience in the HVAC industry is certainly a plus, but we’re also willing to train you if you have the right attitude and the desire to learn.
Activities :
- You will need to generate your own leads going door-to-door.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain findings.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Work with technicians to find solutions for homeowners.
- Prepare estimates for homeowners for system replacements, ductwork, etc
- Follow all company processes.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in door to door sales. Minimum 3 years.
- HVAC knowledge is not needed but is a plus. (We will train you in HVAC!)
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Great people/communication skills.
