Responsibilities:
Advise clients on a wide range of commercial legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and business transactions.
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and other commercial litigation cases.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
Represent clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risks and enhance business operations.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New York State.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant law fields.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
