Job Description
Our Interns will participate in a formal internship program which includes performing various assignments to become familiar with the organization and gain basic work experience. Work assignments are supplemented with professional development training, self-study assignments, workshops, and volunteer service in the community.
AS A COMMUNITY BANKING INTERN YOU WILL: • Have an opportunity to learn about and work with the various lines of businesses that supports Community Banking • Partner with other interns on tasks • Interact with senior leaders on projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 1+ month of professional experience through internships, part-time, or full-time work • Proficient use of Microsoft Office®, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous retail or financial services work experience. • Demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, personal motivation, distinguished written and verbal communication and presentation skills, excellence in working effectively as an individual and as part of a team, and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility • Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results.
