We're looking for an experienced Commercial Benefits Producer to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a highly motivated insurance professional who's ready to build and manage their own book of Group Health and Employee Benefits clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect and build relationships with employers and business owners
- Design and present customized benefits solutions, including group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary products
- Collaborate with a network of carriers to negotiate competitive plan options
- Provide exceptional service and ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends in employee benefits
Education & Experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health)
- 2–3+ years of experience in group benefits sales or account management
- Established book of business or proven success in generating leads
