We are looking for a full-time, reliable maintenance technician to work at our properties in

the Nashua – Bedford – Manchester area.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

Respond to tenant requests.

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Provide 24/7 on-call coverage.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control.

Perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:
Have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Have the ability to patch drywall and paint.
Have problem solving skills.
Have strong attention to detail.
Have good conversation skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Have good, reliable transportation.
