As we expand our commercial footprint, EiRAM is seeking an experienced business development professional to help drive near-term growth and build a strong, sustainable pipeline.
EiRAM is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Lead to work directly with the CEO to identify, qualify, and win new commercial business. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who brings existing commercial relationships, understands how to open doors, and can convert opportunities into awarded work. This is a part-time position with base compensation and performance-based incentives. The role has the potential to grow as EiRAM’s commercial portfolio expands.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue commercial opportunities aligned with EiRAM’s services
Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate a near-term pipeline
Engage decision-makers and shape opportunities early
Support deal strategy, pricing discussions, and execution
Maintain a clear opportunity pipeline and provide regular progress updates
Help position EiRAM with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of commercial business development experience
Proven success growing companies and winning new business
Strong network within organizations that procure training, facilities, program management, or operational support
Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close deals
Experience selling professional services or consulting solutions
Self-starter comfortable working directly with executive leadership
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
