We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our pharmaceutical market initiatives, particularly focused on commercial clinical trials involving digital health technologies. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors. This is a key customer-facing role within a high-growth environment. You Will Work Closely With: • The Partnerships Director, to align business objectives and drive revenue growth • The Commercial team, to scale global sales efforts • Marketing, to develop targeted materials for pharmaceutical clients • Senior Management, for strategic reporting and commercial planning • Cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit, delivery, and client success Responsibilities: • Market Development: Identify and develop opportunities within the pharmaceutical and clinical trials sector, positioning ActivInsights’ wearable technology and data solutions as value-adding tools in clinical trial settings. • Sales Business Development: Lead growth of the pharmaceutical sales pipeline. • Target and engage with relevant clinical trials for digital health integration • Prepare sales quotations, project scopes, and attend global industry events • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with pharma clients, CROs, clinicians, and other stakeholders. • Sales Strategy Execution: Shape pricing strategies and sales plans aligned with revenue targets and market positioning. • Account Management: Ensure smooth delivery of high-value projects in collaboration with the Project Management team. • Reporting Insights: Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, market trends, and performance to senior leadership. • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of emerging digital health trends and competitor offerings to support strategic decision-making. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Technical Marketing, Customer Support) to ensure solutions meet client needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field • 5+ years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical clinical trials sector— preferably selling technology solutions or services to pharma or CROs • Proven success in B2B environments with complex stakeholder engagement • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, digital health technologies, and the regulatory landscape • Strong commercial skills, including sales, contract negotiation, and key account management • International business development experience and willingness to travel globally Skills Attributes • Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated and capable of independent work within a collaborative team environment Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
