Commercial Business Development Representative $70,000 - $90,000 + commission on every closed job
We are seeking an extraordinary Commercial Business Development Representative with a proven track record of success in sales to join our team. As the face of Paul Davis in the community, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by expanding our market presence, building high-value client relationships, and increasing demand for our commercial restoration and reconstruction services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property managers, asset managers, facility directors, and commercial brokers across the Greater Houston market.
Secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs), preferred vendor agreements, and emergency response contracts with commercial property portfolios, municipalities, healthcare systems, education institutions, and large private enterprises.
Proactively generate new commercial restoration opportunities independent of storm activity, including water losses, fire losses, plumbing failures, and facility emergencies.
Position Paul Davis as the preferred emergency response partner for commercial clients through pre-loss planning, emergency preparedness discussions, and response protocol development.
Execute a strategic account development plan targeting commercial portfolios and large property ownership groups.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution of restoration projects and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify and develop opportunities through property management firms, commercial real estate brokers, insurance professionals, and corporate facility managers.

Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment
Ability to operate a company vehicle safely

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
5+ years of Commercial relationship management and sales
Proven success track record of succeeding YOY goals
Working knowledge and book of contacts in DMA
3+ years of CRM experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate Degree or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry
Travel Local travel based on job requirements. Travel (local) may be up to 70%.
