    Outside Sales – Commercial Accounts (Restoration Services)

    $55K Base + Commission | Build Your Own Territory

    PuroClean of Burlington is hiring an outside sales professional to develop and grow commercial relationships with property managers, apartment complexes, multi-story building maintenance managers, and local businesses.

    This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you build long-term accounts and become the go-to vendor for emergency restoration services.

    What You’ll Do:

    Build relationships with property managers, multi-family complexes, and building maintenance managers

    Become a trusted resource for multi-story buildings and commercial facilities

    Generate new business through in-person visits, networking, and follow-up

    Develop and manage your own book of business

    Represent PuroClean at local networking events, industry groups, and community functions

    Actively participate in groups such as BNI, property management associations, and local business organizations

    Position PuroClean as the preferred vendor for water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation

    Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business

    Compensation:

    $55,000 base salary

    5% commission on gross revenue

    Commission paid monthly

    Realistic total earnings potential: $80K–$120K+ depending on performance

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales

    Professional and driven to grow income through performance
