We are currently seeking up to experienced Commercial Carpenters for temporary-to-permanent positions. Candidates must have strong experience with metal framing, hanging drywall, and installing acoustical ceilings on commercial construction projects. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently on active job sites while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Pay is $27-33 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Install metal stud framing for commercial construction projects

• Hang and secure drywall according to project specifications

• Install acoustical ceiling systems (grid and tile)

• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Work collaboratively with project managers, foremen, and other trades

• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial carpentry

• Strong experience with metal stud framing

• Experience installing acoustical ceiling systems

• Experience hanging drywall

• Ability to read blueprints and follow layout plans

• Must have own basic carpentry tools

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

• Experience on large commercial construction sites
