Job Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor based in Hadley, MA, you will:

• Work Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 3 AM.
• Lead and manage field staff operations to ensure services meet high-quality standards.
• Act as a communication link between management and field employees to streamline effective operations.
• Oversee scheduling, job completion, and adherence to time-tracking systems.
• Respond promptly to field workers regarding absences or job-related concerns.
• Document daily project instructions and completion notes in the operations system.
• Visit client locations to ensure satisfaction and proper procedures.
• Provide transportation assistance to employees if necessary.
• Monitor and adjust deployment schedules, including emergency procedures.
• Generate and share detailed reports on job progress and completion.
• Assist with payroll duties to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tools and workspaces.
• Stay updated on company changes and attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
• Uphold compliance with safety regulations and assist in implementing new safety measures where needed.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
