Responsibilities:

Perform routine commercial cleaning of offices, facilities, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors across various commercial spaces

Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed

Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper

Follow client-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

Dependable transportation to reach job sites in and around Elkton, MD

Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude
