About the Role:

Join 360clean as a Commercial Cleaning Specialist in York, PA, where you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments for our clients. We are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and share our commitment to excellence in commercial cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely.

Conduct thorough inspections of assigned areas to identify cleaning needs and ensure quality standards.

Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maximize efficiency.

Communicate with clients and team members to address specific cleaning requests and concerns.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance cleaning skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
